

Our staff will receive your items, reference them with our Intake form, and tag them with a Consignor code specific to each client to ensure all items are accounted for. Items will either be brought directly into our 6000 Sqft showroom or securely stored until your assigned auction. A Consignment Agreement will be reviewed and signed before any listings or inventory takes place.

Items are measured, inspected, described, and valued.

We determine and set the selling price of all items by way of "fair market value" and selling pricing, and by using our best discretion on selling price trends and/or estimate for online sales. All items shall be sold "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

All additional research or appraisals required will be completed as needed.

A detailed list of your consigned items with pricing will be sent 2 days prior to bidding commencing.

Your items will be professionally photographed for our online catalog to assist with selling worldwide.

Photographs will also be used for marketing on various social media platforms, websites, print media, and our extensive client list.

All items will be sold through our Frank Hall Estate Services via an online international bidding platform called HiBid.

The online auction runs over 5 days beginning on Tuesday and closing on Sunday at 7 PM MST

The week the auction is live we offer in-person preview days on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday where our staff can answer any questions, as well as sign up bidders and assist them with any concerns or bidding issues.

Intake

A Consignment Agreement will be reviewed and signed before any listings or inventory takes place.

Following the auction, we will collect all funds and finalize all sales.

We will provide a detailed consignor report listing the sale and commission of each item.

The commission owing to Frank Hall Estate Services for this contract is 30% plus GST. If any items are excluded from that they will be listed below with the agreed-upon commission. There is a minimum of $50.00 commission plus GST per lot.

Additional Fees and Expenses. If a sale/item requires services, such as cleaning, or repairs before or after the sale, we will perform specified work with your prior permission, cost to be deducted from your proceeds. All additional expenses will be agreed to in writing prior to service(s) being performed.

Unsold items will either be returned to you, or donated for a tax receipt. An email requesting your decision will be sent post-auction.

Frank Hall Estate Services will send an electronic transfer of funds or Consignor cheques will be available 10 days post-auction.
